PowerSeal DC Contactor Family


The power you need for high amperage applications along with the sealed construction gives the PowerSeal its name. The PowerSeal's unique design allows it to be used in tough environmental conditions. It boasts a carry current of 150 amps with inrush capabilities of 800 amps, both continuous and intermittent. If your application requires a sealed or submersible design, you must have the PowerSeal.

How To Order:

This paragraph is designed to assist you with selecting the correct PowerSeal DC Contactor for your application by defining each digit in the part number. When you roll over each small box in the image below, a pop-up window will open to explain the feature heading and each of the feature options. For example, a feature heading may be “Duty Cycle” and the relevant feature options may be “100% Continuous” and “25% Sustained”.

One of our best selling models, the 684-1261-212, would be defined as a (6) PowerSeal DC Contactor, with a coil connection configuration of (8) two non-grounded 10-32 studs, and a high current stud of (4) two 5/16-24 studs. The coil voltage is (12) 12 volts, with a bracket type of (6) curved, narrow L bracket, and a bracket location of (1) standard location. The duty cycle is (2) 25% sustained, the contact material is (1) copper, and the sealing is (2) standard sealed design.
